How secure is ordering online?

Very secure! All of your information is encrypted from your computer to our server through a Secure Socket Layer (SSL). From our server to our payment processor, VeriSign, it is encrypted using Triple DES.

What if I am uncomfortable about ordering online?

That is not a problem. We will be happy to take your order over the telephone. Please call us at 214.987.3604.

You can also order through our store and choose the 'Order Offline' feature at checkout. This will allow you to email the completed order form to yourself. You then fill it out and fax or mail it to us. Our fax number and address are on the form you will receive.

How is my order shipped?

We use FedEx Ground to ship your order. Normal delivery time is within a week after your order is shipped. The shipping charges include tracking and insurance. Our shipping and handling fees are calculated automatically and will be displayed when you go to the checkout page.

We will use Priority Mail to ship to P.O. Boxes and Rural Routes. Normal delivery time is 2 to 3 days after your order is shipped. The shipping charges include tracking and insurance. Our shipping and handling fees are calculated automatically and will be displayed when you go to the checkout page.

What is the URL for tracking the orders?

The URL for the FedEx Tracking is http://www.fedex.com Just copy and paste your tracking number into the 'Track your packages' box and click 'Track It!'.

The URL for the USPS Express Mail and Priority Mail Track/Confirm is http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm . Just copy and paste your Delivery Confirmation Number into the field box and click 'Go'.

What about sales tax?

The government is still debating the online sales tax issue. Until a decision is made, we will not charge sales tax for online orders. However, we are required to charge 8¼% sales tax on orders we receive by mail, phone or fax from within the state of Texas.

What if I have to return something?

Our Returns Policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return the item for a full refund. We also have a 90-day warranty for any defective products.

Please note that we can process returns and refunds only when purchased directly from The Twooth Timer Company. Please call us at (214) 987.3604 or email us to arrange for a return, exchange or refund.

To return an item to us, please indicate the reason for your return, include the receipt with your return, and wrap the package securely.

For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS, FedEx or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. We are not responsible for items being returned that are lost during shipment. Please make sure to include your name, address, telephone number and email address (if available) in the package so that we may process your return.

We will refund your shipping costs if the product is found to be defective.

How is "Twooth" pronounced?

That is the question we're asked most often! It is pronounced "tooth", the "w" is silent. The name is a combination of 'two' (for two minutes) and 'tooth'.
